Customer Terms & Conditions

World Express Electronics Website Users and Customers are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
 
1. Payment:
Terms of payment for Purchase Orders issued to World Express Electronics are set forth on your Company Information page, which can access on the web site by signing on and clicking on "Manage Account." Changes in terms of payment must be agreed to by an World Express Electronics Agent, and are not effective until your Company Information page has been updated.
 
2. Overdue Amounts:
All sums due from Customer to World Express Electronics shall accrue interest from the due date until paid in full. Interest will be at the lesser of twelve percent per annum or the maximum allowed by law. Customer shall be responsible to World Express Electronics for reasonable costs incurred in collection of sums owed by the Customer to World Express Electronics. These costs include, without limitation, attorney's fees and court costs. World Express Electronics shall have no obligation to ship to or deliver to customer while the Customer is in default of any of its obligations to World Express Electronics.
 
3. Taxes:
World Express Electronics prices do not include local, city, state and federal taxes for excise, use or sale, or any similar taxes. Such taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer. If World Express Electronics pays any such taxes, Customer agrees to reimburse World Express Electronics no later than 30 days after receiving notice thereof.
 
4.Title:
Title to products sold will pass to the Customer at the F.O.B. point specified on the Customer Purchase order. Customer grants to World Express Electronics a Security interest in all product sold by World Express Electronics to the Customer until the purchase price and any other charges due World Express Electronics have been paid in full. World Express Electronics will have the right of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code.
 
5. Warranties:
Warranties for products sold by World Express Electronics to the Customer will be passed on from World Express Electronics supplier or the manufacturer to the extent such warranties are assignable. World Express Electronics further warrants that product sold to the Customer will be as described by World Express Electronics as to manufacturer, manufacturers part number, date code and packaging if so described. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH HEREIN, WORLD EXPRESS ELECTRONICS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NO PERSON WHO IS AN AGENT, EMPLOYEE, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE OF WORLD EXPRESS ELECTRONICS MAY MAKE ANY FURTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ON BEHALF OF WORLD EXPRESS ELECTRONICS. World Express Electronics makes no warranty with respect to condition, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. World Express Electronics assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for manufacturer's design or specification.
